Zoho offers its applications individually and as the Zoho One suite. Both can be the right answer. The better question is how many parts of your business need to share the same information, now and in the next two or three years.
When individual apps are a good fit
- You have one clear problem, such as sales follow-up or accounting.
- A small team will use only one or two apps.
- You want a quick, low-risk start and may add more later.
When Zoho One is a good fit
- Several departments, such as sales, finance, HR, support and projects, all need systems.
- You want one login, shared customer data and consistent reporting.
- You plan to grow and expect to add apps over time.
Questions to ask
- How many people need access, and to which apps?
- Which processes cross departments, for example a quote that becomes an invoice and then a support ticket?
- What do you use today, and what must it connect to?
- Who will manage the system as it grows?
Check the current licensing
Plans, pricing and what is included change over time. Confirm the current options on Zoho's official pages or with your partner before deciding, and compare the total cost of the apps you would really use.
A sensible way to start
Many businesses begin with the one or two apps that solve the most urgent problem and design them so that more apps can be added later without redoing the data. A short discovery workshop usually makes the choice clear.
